We retain inquiry and contact records for approximately 24 months from last contact. Client records and correspondence are retained for the term of the engagement plus seven years for tax and legal purposes. We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
To submit a request, email info@arktop.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We verify identity by confirming information already on file and respond within 45 days, extendable by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary. You may designate an authorized agent, in which case we require written proof of authorization.
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights similar to those in Section 6.2, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising.
